Note: For elective cases/scheduled procedures, LOA is required prior to admission. - For HMO concerns, proceed to Corporate Clinical Services (3/F Medical Arts Center/MAC), Monday-Saturday, 7:00 AM-5:00 PM.

Please be informed that ONLY PNF/PNDF (Philippine National Drug Formulary) medicines will be covered by PHIC/HMO insurance based on PhilHealth Circular No. 2006-0386 and DOH Administrative Order No. 2016-0034.
Should your attending physician prescribe non PNF/PNDF medicines, you may be asked to purchase them at the DLSUMC Pharmacy. - For billing updates:

PRESCRIBED MEDICINES FOR INPATIENTS
To ensure its quality and effectiveness and the safety of our dear patients, ALL medications for inpatients will have to be secured from the DLSUMC Pharmacy.
FOOD SERVICES
- DLSUMC meal schedule:
- Breakfast: 6:00 AM – 7:00 AM
- Lunch: 11:00 AM – 1:00 PM
- Dinner: 5:30 PM – 7:00 PM
- Potable water is available at the nurses’ station.
LINEN SERVICES
Please be informed that the daily linen change is scheduled in the morning. Kindly take note that requests for additional linen change will incur charges.
OTHER HOSPITAL STAY REMINDERS
- Please do not leave your valuables unattended. The DLSUMC Management will not be liable for any lost belongings.
- Any loss or damage to the room or any hospital property will be charged to the patient accordingly.
- DLSUMC practices waste/garbage segregation.
- The following are prohibited inside the hospital:
- Smoking
- Loitering
- Firearms/sharps/weapons
- Pets
- Blankets/comforters/pillows/folding beds/mats
- Electrical appliances and medical equipment
- Styrofoam containers and plastic bags
- Feeding bottles/teethers/pacifiers/formula milk (as per Mother-Baby Friendly Hospital Initiative (MBFHI) Policy)
